Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students are just starting their education adventure and I'd love to give them the best opportunities for success! Most of my students are from an economically strained area, and many cannot provide more than basic school supplies. Kindergarten is a time for learning and fun, and it sets the tone for the rest of the school experience. I want to make sure I am able to provide for these students to the absolute best of my ability! Thank you!
My Project
My school would love a Cricut machine to be able to create a huge assortment of art projects. Every student can create their own decorations and make personalized gifts for their families and for each other! My STEAM lab can also use the Cricut to print items for their engineering masterpieces as well as artistic designs! I would also love to be able to print vinyl lettering to decorate the entire school with words of encouragement and motivational phrases! I love how the Cricut can be used to make so many creative projects that the entire school can enjoy for many years!
