Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

Wow.... have you ever seen kids get excited about learning. I have. Last year, I bought fish for my unit on marine biology, the excitement created from looking at real specimens was amazing. I want to bring this excitement to all my units. I. These encased specimens will increase the learning and capture the interest of my students in science. My students are all from the city. They have little contact with the natural world. These creatures encased in plastic will help my students learn about animal groups and adaptations. How structure relates to function. The learning experiences they would have from handling and observing these specimens is the key to them being successful scientists. Students would be motivated to learn and ask questions. Please help me bring this high quality learning to my science lab.
