My Students

My students all have many different learning styles. They all have different needs. Our class learns in a small classroom setting. They learn through whole group lessons, and also through individual center-based learning. Many of my students come into my classroom having a developmental delay.

The students in my class all have their own special way of being individuals, and learn and grow each and every day at school.

It is my hope to be able to make a difference in the lives of all my students. I know that I can help them to achieve their goals by providing them with opportunities that will fit their needs to be able to learn and grow.

My Project

These materials will give my students hands on, concrete learning experiences. They will be able to visualize and take skills into their own hands. My students will be able to develop an understanding of basic skills to be able to play and participate in their own environment through tactile activities. By having a plethora of manipulative readily available, my students will be able to grow and further develop their minds. These experiences will be a part of their learning that allows the students to be successful in and out of the classroom environment. They will be able to learn at their levels.
