My Students

My students have an eagerness to learn. They come from low-income households in poverty. I love that my students have an eagerness to learn new things and learn how new technology works. My students are special because they are all unique in their ability to learn and help others learn. My students are inquisitive about their learning and they like to know why things are important for them to learn. My students learn better in a variety of different ways.

My Project

I would like to have LEGOs to use for STEM bins so that my students can be creative and use their imagination to create things. I want to use the LEGOs for when students are finished with their work they can use LEGOs to build things.

My students spend too much time on electronics at home and I want to give them an opportunity at school to use their minds to see what they can come up with.

I will also use these LEGOs in a Science unit called Engineering and Design and have the students create different structures and test their durability.
