My Students

My students are amazing. They are 6th, 7th and 8th grade students of Brodhead, WI. They are part of a small town with lots of hard working families. Many of my kids help out on their farms, and some are kids of local business owners. My students are all unique and I would love to help their creativity in my art room. I'm really focusing on classroom environment and seating this year. I feel this is huge when focusing on the task at hand. They are talented students whose work inspires me. I would love to be able to foster that creativity with having different seating options for my students.

My Project

If we were able to use the flexible seating stools in my art room, this will only help my students focus and create a space where learning comes easy. I have had fidgety students, some with special needs that need the movement and space. With flexible seating options, I feel this will meet their needs. My students are all talented, but getting them to see their potential is my job. Giving them the options in my room, and seating for all learning types is my goal this year. They are such a diverse group and I would love to see them excel to their full potential. These kids deserve it .
