Help me give my students art supplies for a hands-on way to explore their creativity, allow them to experience new things, and proudly see the artwork displayed.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
This is the 1st year the kids here at our school have been able to be in an art class. The 1st and 2nd graders are fearless to try new things! The 3rd, 4th and 5th grade students can't wait to get to paint! I know a project is a success with my 6th graders when I hear groans after the cleanup bell is rung. All the students are so excited to create and eager to use supplies they have never even seen before.
My Project
Students will learn to think outside the box and use their hands to make the their thoughts become a reality! They will turn lumps of clay into creatures they design. They will study history of clay by making small pinch pots. Paint will add color to paper mache masks and countless other projects.
Pastel dancers will come to life on paper and allow the students to look closely at how light and shadows appear on objects around them.
When all is done they will get to feel proud as they see it all displayed in frames and on tables for everyone to see.
