Our students walk into our classrooms, many with no other school atmosphere experience, ready to learn and explore. They come from all walks of life but have one thing in common, their love for learning is just starting.
Our school is one of the few K-12 buildings that remain and we take full advantage of having all age groups under one roof.
Many students in the high school come to visit past elementary teachers as peer tutors. They provide excellent role models to our students.
I would love to provide more opportunities for my students to learn with hands on activities. Each one of these kits encourages the development of fine motor skills while allowing students the opportunity to design and create on their own.
Students love to manipulate, investigate, and design things.
Even at an young age and in the early years of their education, students can easily be encouraged to design and create. Each one of these kits will be available for students to choose their own activity for the day. By implementing more hands on learning and designing, student imaginations can take over and lead them into the next stages of STEM learning!
