Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students are eager, enthusiastic learners which come come from a variety of backgrounds including second language, special needs, and military families. With the closure of our schools due to Covid 19 our learning has drastically changed. Many of my students need materials at home to continue learning.
My Project
Help give my students materials so they can express their creativity by making books. While at home there is no better way than to put their thoughts and ideas on paper. With these materials they will have the opportunity to make and create books and stories during our stay at home orders due to Covid 19. These will be books that they will treasure and remember. They will have the freedom of escaping into their thoughts own stories. They will have the opportunity to grow their own personal library with books written by themselves.
