My students are very active with minds that are eager to learn and grow. They are the most inquisitive students I have had the chance to teach. We are constantly moving, growing, and helping each other strive for excellence, both academically and socially.
The students at our school push themselves to be the best while taking ownership of their success and achievements.
I have enjoyed helping my students answer their questions while teaching them the core skills needed in life.
With flexible seating in the classroom, students are up and moving regularly. Students will use the stools as an alternative to traditional desk and chairs that many of us grew up with. Flexible seating allows students to take charge of their learning and make the choices that work best for them.
By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement.
This year I have introduced a MakersSpace for students to create and craft with the use of STEAM and their imagination. Students often complain that their fingers hurt using the smaller size scissors. With your help, I am able to provide a class set of 8 inch scissors.
Lastly, my students will use the magnetic tiles to build and create. Students can use the tiles to create a retell of our weekly story. The tiles can also be used during indoor recess. With the cold weather approaching we will be spending more time indoors. I have been working hard to provide various building materials for the students to use during recess.
