Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Our Kinder class is full of 24 creative, curious, eager learners! They are working on letter sounds, learning to read and write, social-emotional learning, and to share classroom materials! What's great about our class is we come from all backgrounds and bring our own personalities and assets to class! Our projects will help support and engage all learners in the class!

My Project

I love all of the great imaginations we have in our class! The stories we hear each day are out of this world! This project will support STEM activities, phonics, and Social Emotional Learning. Manipulatives are always a great asset in every class. We use math and science manipulatives to support student creativity, curiosity, and imagination. Students love to build and create all types of things! We then get to hear all about their creations which also helps support their language and story telling skills.

SEL is an important part of early education.

Our class is learning to identify their feelings, ways to express them, and strategies to support their emotions. When students are supported in SEL they learn lifeskills they can use throughout their education and in every day life!
