Our school serves students in Pre-K through 2nd grade. We are a low-income school district with a majority of our children being served, receiving free and reduced lunches. Our children come to school looking to be loved, nurtured and display a willingness to learn new things every day.

Our school is the foundation for every students' learning for years to come. When we invest in our children during the early years of school, we are providing the basic foundational skills they will need to be productive students now, and later as successful adults.
My Project
My preschool children need to develop their fine motor skills. The best way for this to be accomplished is with creative and fun manipulatives. The Build and Learn containers will allow the children to create different objects by linking the materials together. The students will have to string beads to makes patterns, link star shapes together to create a puzzle and use the connector set to create letter shapes or free-form designs.
They will use their imagination to create a multitude of designs all while building their fine motor skills.
With the Action Stackers the students are able to build up, out, and any direction you can think of with this awesome peg-based building set!
Having the Magnetic Builders Shapes will enable the children to create without having the worry of the creation collapsing. They will be able to see their project through to the end result.
