This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant I work closely with students who have areas of need; primarily in fine motor, visual motor, and sensory integration. Having play based/craft activities is much more motivating for our students.

I have the privilege of working with amazing students who have varying abilities in the special education setting and who benefit from wonderful fine motor/craft activities that will sustain their visual attention and interest.

Your assistance in enriching the lives of our students would be greatly appreciated! Simple gifts truly go a long way in the life of a child!
