My students need pocket charts and other organizational items for our classroom. They will use the bingo dabbers for various classroom projects and keep things easily organized and orderly with the pocket charts and shelves.
My students come from a high poverty neighborhood, but deserve the chance to learn just like the kids from schools with more resources. Our school is 100% free/reduced lunch and many of my students do not get meals on a regular basis at home.
They certainly do not have books to read at home or wonderful learning experiences from which to draw knowledge.
As a teacher, it is my job to teach and create these experiences for my little learners.
Organization and consistency are vital tools in Early childhood education! The shelves and pocket charts will be used throughout the classroom to make learning centers and other learning activities more orderly and accessible to students. Students will be able to use pocket charts in their centers. We will also use them to organize the rotation of the various centers, so students know where they are supposed to be and provide them with more independence in their daily activity.
Students who feel organized and self reliant in class, are more likely to find success!
This is an important key to providing a strong foundation for educational success!
