This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

I am absolutely excited about this new school year. I have the awesome responsibility of planning and facilitating engaging and exciting Reading lessons for students with varied reading abilities. Overall, my students are very creative and inquisitive. They all have great potentials for learning, but most of them are in need of foundational reading lessons that will enhance and motivate them to become excellent readers.

My Project

My students are motivated to learn various skills and concepts when the are engaged in innovative and hands-on activities. The Cricut Maker Machine will allow my students to express their creativity by designing die cuts for posters or vinyl stickers to personalize various academic and extra-curricular projects.

In addition, the Cricut Maker Machine will help make bulletin boards, help organize and decorate our classroom, provide students with an opportunity to get creative with projects, create learning materials, and make personalized incentives as rewards.

The Cricut Machine will help motivate my students to learn in a creative way.
