My Students

My students are required to be creative, collaborative and critical thinkers when they walk through my classroom door. This is why I would like to give them a tool to help make our dreams into reality.

By funding 30 Chromebooks you will be supporting an effort for the future students and workers of America.

My expectations are high and this would help my students catapult into middle school, high school and beyond. Chromebooks create mobility, creativity and collaboration to succeed.

My Project

We do a lot of skill practice and project learning in 5th grade. A lot of what we do would benefit and be heightened by the use of Chromebooks. Unfortunately, our access to these devices is limited. Researching, math fact practice, typing, and online communicating are a few examples of the ways in which we would use our Chromebooks!

Some of the programs we would use are IXL, ST Math, Typing Club, SmartLab, Kahoot, Google Classroom, and SO much more!

Having a classroom set of Chromebooks allows 5th grade students to learn technology-based skills and responsibility before entering middle school.
