Creating Science Communicators

Help me give my students markers, post its and larger poster paper for presenting information they've learned during science labs using their new safety googles.

My Project

Help me engage my seventh graders for the end of our school year! Safety goggles help them take science labs seriously & they love when they look good doing it. Many selfies will be snapped with these colored goggles. Especially with our new underwater window backdrop.

My trimester 3 goal is to increase the academic ownership of my students.

Our class is building an aquaponics system. Students will become experts on one component of the system - water quality, fish, plants, or soil. Sticky posters, markers, and sharpies will help them communicate with other groups. Jolly ranchers & mints will provide a little extra motivation and reward for participation.
