This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
My students and I have somewhat mastered the art of distance learning. Through live and pre-recorded lessons, I'm still able to provide my students with quality instruction. My students get their work done!
A lot of my students are early finishers; thus leaving them bored for the rest of the day.
About 40% of my class live in homes/situations that are unimaginable. I would like to provide my students with activities they can use to explore and escape from the world around them.
My Project
Please help me give a few of my students creative materials for home and distance learning due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Students are not able to leave their homes due to the quarantine in Atlanta. These few students live in areas of our city that are not in the best conditions.
My students need Arts and Crafts Activities to complete during the summer months.
My students will be home for the summer months and I want them to have items they can use to keep their creative juices flowing! I will coordinate a drop off with students' parents/guardians in order to gift them the materials.
