Help me give my students an engaging learning center through the use of Little Scholar tablets. These tablets will provide an interactive learning center where they can practice their early reading, writing, and math skills.
My classroom is filled with young learners who are starting to read and write. By the end of kindergarten, they will be emergent readers and capable of writing sentences. It is a very exciting year of school where children develop lifetime skills and where their love of learning is built.
The five and six-year-old children I teach are full of energy and are excited to learn.
They are constantly engaged in the world around them and enjoy opportunities to interact with technology. As an educator, I am always looking for appropriate materials that provide fun and focused learning activities.
Young students need practice as they form their early reading and writing skills. Using a tablet allows students to practice again and again without having to produce worksheets. My kindergartners will become familiar with technology as young learners and they will enjoy the variety of apps on this educational tool. Having a wide variety of age appropriate educational apps at the fingertips of my students will create an engaging learning center that I can adapt and differentiate for each student. It is important that students are engaged and interacting with their learning. These tablets allow for students to move at their own pace and to have fun learning.
