Creating Future Scientists!

My students need Student Science Tables in order to stay on track with the general education students in terms of experiments, projects and group learning. My students currently do not have the appropriate furniture available.

My Students

My students are happy to be in class. They are eager to learn and battle through their barriers with strength and perseverance.

My students range from learning disabled to students on the Autism Spectrum.

My lessons must be visually stimulating and interactive in order to maintain whole class engagement. My students love working together and enjoy their accomplishments as a whole class. They want to do well, and work hard to do so. They are truly an inspiration to me.

My Project

Currently, my Self Contained students do not have the appropriate and safe furniture in our classroom that is essential to following the 7th grade science curriculum.

Their current desks are slanted and are not equipped to use for experiments, research and group learning in the science classroom.

Sturdy, stable chairs are essential as well for students' safety. They have missed out on fun and important activities because of the slanted desk tops and the inability to group the desks together. This project will be a great help for our students! They will be excited to finally experiment with their peers!
