My Project
One of my classes is a class of fourth grade students that are struggling readers. In my instructional block with them I am teaching them phonics to help them learn how to read better. We spend the first 60 minutes learning fourth grade content and the last 30 minutes learning phonics, so they can learn to read.
I am in need of books my emerging readers can read during independent reading time to reinforce the phonics they are learning in class.
During restroom breaks, free time, or at home my students can read an independent reading book. I would love if my library had more books on their level that they can enjoy to feel their progress growing in reading.
