This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

We're getting this because of the AP STEM Grant with Google. Thank You Google!

My students are from a diverse school with over 70 percent Hispanic population.

The students in the class will be a mix of honors and IB students. My students are trying to complete AB and BC calculus in one year. This is no easy task, but will be easier with these calculators.

My Project

I'm requesting new Nspire CX CAS calculators, the best on the market! These calculators are made not only to help with the math but also to become part of an entire classroom network that enhances learning in the classroom through activities and classroom polls.

This will make BC calculus a possibility for my students.

These calculators will make it possible to cover a lot of material in a short amount of time so that we can cover two years of calculus in only one year.
