My classroom is a place where student engagement and value is key. My students are encouraged to ask questions, participate, and by the end of the year, become independent learners and thinkers.
My students are always ready for a challenge.
They are eager to learn about the world around them and to make a difference.
My school district is a small town, located just south of two major colleges and universities. The middle school has a population of just under 200. My students come from a range of learning abilities and home lives, but are capable of achieving greatness in and out of the classroom.
The Kitchen Table and Metal Stools will be a great addition to our growing flexible classroom! Students enjoy the ability to pick a location in our classroom where they feel that they will complete their best work for the day. They have a variety of options, but have asked for more table space where they can stand or sit as needed.
The table and stools will be an area where students can work with partners or in groups, allowing them the ability to collaborate in an effective, but comfortable way.
Flexible seating has changed my classroom environment into a place where students are eager to visit and work.
