My students are eager, enthusiastic young artists. They come into the art classroom willing to learn, take risks and explore their creative potential. They have created beautiful works in the past few years. They are from a small town with big visions. My students are all taking art to learn more and express themselves.
Students who may not normally feel successful in other classes are able to flourish and show mastery in a completely different way.
They show up every day excited to learn new skills and master prior techniques.
My Project
This project will support students who are just beginning their art lessons to those that have been finessing their skills for four years. With these new paint supplies such as watercolor paint, paint brushes and canvases, my young artists can better participate in the creative process and the joys of making art. Young artists can find success and feel proud of their work. The pride they take in their work creates confidence and a love for the art world.
My students are artist in the making but lack the materials to allow them to reach their full potential.
The project will give my classes the needed paint materials for students to follow their creative passions.
