My Students

I teach resource to 22 amazing students who are in grades K, 1, 2, 3, and 5. In order to keep my students engaged in their learning, I need to build a relationship with them and also provide them with a learning environment that helps encourage their learning. Without relationships or a positive learning environment, my students will not make progress when they are working with me.

I am a firm believer in that all of my students are capable of learning and doing great things; sometimes we just need to provide them with more support.

My Project

When children are engaged in learning, they are succeeding. It is my job to give my students an environment where they feel safe, comfortable and alert. By taking care of my students basic needs, they are able to reach their full potential.

With your help, I can create a creative space to aid my students in their learning journey.

The stability balls will allow my students to get their wiggles out while they focus on their work and learning. I have a beautiful window in my classroom. The reading nook will promote the love of reading and nature in my students.
