Creating a Comfortable Classroom

Help me give my students a variety of items, including pillows and a classroom rug, to make school feel like a safe and comfortable place to be.

My Project

Math seems to be a subject that immediately causes stress and anxiety to most middle schoolers. My goal is to create a classroom environment that is inviting and brings about a sense of acceptance to all.

Students have access to pillows, comfy selective seating with rugs and decorative pieces in order to provide a safe learning experience.

I add to my classroom decorations every year and these requested additions will support my efforts to support all students. My ultimate goal is to bring about a sense of calmness when students walk into the math classroom, thus allowing the learning to come easier.
