This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I teach 7th grade students who have different reading levels and different interests in books. My goal is to create a classroom library that is organized and filled with books of all genres.

I would love to organize my classroom library into genres, by author, my subject, and also by book series.

This will make it easy for students to find just the right book for them to read.

I would use the magnetic bookshelves to display popular or high interest books that I have read, or that other students in my class have read. This is like advertising and promoting reading.
