My Project

I have been teaching primary children for the past 11 years. I love being in the classroom and seeing the joy in their learning. After COVID 19 I have observed several impacts on my primary students who lost in-person learning in crucial developmental years. Some of the biggest needs I am seeing are in their fine motor skills, creative thinking, cooperation, and overall social skills with classmates. These are important skills for our children to have to be successful through their school years and in life. The tools I have requested will help build fine motor skills along with creativity, cooperation and social skills. These supplies will allow the children to get their little hands and creative minds moving. They will be using these tools in small groups to create together, my purpose in this is to help promote creativity, cooperation, and overall social skills. Many of these tools are cross cirricular and will also help to build math, literacy, and STEM skills as the children are working together. Thank you for supporting my classroom and my students!
