We are located in a small town, population 16,000, in California's Central Valley, and show immense pride in our school and our and community. We are a K-8, Title I School. We have nearly 500 students along with parents committed to both academics, character building and our community.

My Project
Help us transform our classroom into Wonder Cafe' where learning is always on the menu. you know the cozy atmosphere of your local cafe'? Just walking in brings a sense of energy and happiness. It's a place you like to be. You decide where to sit - at a table or in a comfy chair. Help us create a similar feeling when we enter our classroom, a welcoming cafe' that offers alternative workspaces for all learners. Wonder Cafe' with flexible seating options will benefit students not only during class time but in their free time as they often seek a comforting setting during recesses and after school.
We are raising learners to take on challenges and be a huge part of a rapidly changing world.
In the midst of great student expectations, let's support their tremendous efforts and prove we value them and their ideas with the gift of seating choices in which to do great work. Alternative workspaces support ALL learners with choices in how they settle in to delve deep into learning.
