My Students

I teach 63 students from diverse socioeconomic and educational backgrounds. My students love using technology in the classroom, but unfortunately, our school system has limited funding available to provide us with enough devices for all of our students. Therefore, it would be greatly appreciated by myself and my students if we could raise the funds to purchase two new Chromebooks for our classroom.

I would like to provide my students with a technology-enriched classroom and give them the greatest chance to succeed in school.

My Project

These Chromebooks will help my students complete their ZEARN math lessons, as well as work on programs like Xtra Math to increase their fact fluency.

Chromebooks help to provide a non-traditional method for student learning​ and better allow for differentiated instruction within the classroom.

Currently, my students have to share and take turns using our Chromebooks. It is my hope that we can work up to every student in my classroom having access to their own Chromebook. This would open up even more opportunities for interactive learning in our classroom.

It is my job to provide my students with access to this technology. But, I cannot do it alone.
