Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are unique learners who are gifted differently. They work hard to attain the skills they need for life beyond the classroom. They are becoming leaders and are growing academically and socially through individualized instruction and love. My students are special because they have to work harder to attain common goals others find easy. I love their willingness to try, make mistakes, and celebrate every small achievement. I love celebrating every milestone with my school children! We appreciate every donation and use it immediately! They will benefit from your generosity.

My Project

My students use crayons and colored pencils daily. There are many opportunites to color or use crayons daily. Our math program requires the use of four colors daily to help students understand word problems. My students love using other writing tools besides pencils. I would love to provide them with new art supplies. These tools are overused and we always need new ones to replace the old ones. Please help me provide these necessary writing tools to my students. They love when I open a new box of crayons so these two boxes will be a big deal in my kindergarten, first, and second grade class.
