My kindergarten students receive free or reduced-price lunches at our school. They are like tiny little sponges that love school and enjoy learning! I want my classroom to be a place that feels like home, where my students are comfortable. I want them to love reading even if they don't have access to fun books at home.
In my classroom I consider my students to be my school family, and the smiles on the kids' faces just melt my heart.
I believe that some days I have a much bigger job than teaching my students, my job is to be that one constant person that cares no matter what.
I want to be that teacher that makes a big difference in my first graders' lives. My students are the driving force that gets me out of bed each and every day!
My Project
I am requesting a Cricut Machine and heat press to help me make fun creative items for my students. This will help me personalize many items that my students use daily, pencil boxes, water bottles, and so many more items.
I love making our classroom fun and exciting and this will help me take it to the next level and will help make the process less time-consuming for me.
These items can become a game-changer in my classroom and put that creativity for our classroom to the next level.
