Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

I work with special needs students that are in a self-contained classroom. They will soon be graduating and I want to give them the opportunity to show them that they can be entrepreneurs. They are creating crafts using resin, as well as making soaps and greeting cards. Your donation will be very grateful to these beautiful minds! I teach my students to expand on their abilities. A good portion of my students are autistic and can succeed in the workforce given the chance. This teaches them to follow instructions, have patience, and have financial literacy.
