My Students

My first graders have been in school for three months now. They are excited about coming to school every day and seeing their friends. They have been working hard on their academics and are making tremendous progress. The pandemic continues to pose challenges, but the students continue to work harder than ever.

My Project

The cold weather is here! Last school year, I created a project where I got different clothing accessories to help shield my students from the cold, and I am here to do it again. My past students loved it!

To help keep my students warm during outside play, my students need winter hats, winter gloves, and scarves.

The fleece blankets will be cut into strips to make the scarves for the students. The plan is to keep these items in school and to wash them regularly so that students will have access to them daily. They will all be labeled with their names to prevent mix-ups, and the students will store them in their cubbies.
