My students are full of energy and have big personalities. They make me laugh and remind me every day of my reasons WHY I became a teacher. They love to be involved in all aspects of learning from hands on activities to working with each other on projects.
As learners in today's world, they need access to essential tools in the classroom that will enable them to be successful.
The students I work with every day are coming from very diverse backgrounds bring differing abilities to the classroom. I want to ensure that I can give them the best learning opportunities possible.
My Project
Sitting at a desk all day can be difficult for anyone, but it is especially hard in a classroom during COVID. Students will be limited in their movement when back to in-person learning, which will be difficult for many. Flexible seating will allow students the option to move, be comfortable and stay more engaged in learning.
Let's make the learning experience a little more enjoyable with some essential classroom materials.
Computer programs can be noisy and cause distractions in the classroom. Headphones will enable students to stay focused while completing work on their computer.
