I teach a wonderful group of young students who strive to come to school each day and work very hard. I want to make sure to give them every opportunity they deserve.
I want them to be strong-minded and knowledgeable, to do what we need to make them financially secure and confident.
Our school works very hard to teach each student how to be responsible citizens in society. What better thing to invest our time and energy on educating these students about financial responsibilities, a life skill that will benefit them now and in the future.
My Project
Our students need school supplies and snacks to sustain them at home until we are all back together learning in school. We want to make baggies of snacks to pass out to families in our community.
We will deliver these school supply packets and snacks to families' doorsteps.
Students need these essential items while trying to learn from home. Whiteboards can be used for academics and FUN! Students are under enough stress and they could use these surprise gifts from teachers and staff. I have asked for nonperishable snacks such as peanut butter, Pringles and small cookies along with ziplock to package these items for students.
