Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students from Miami are part of an excellent program that connects Head Start and Bright Futures children. This program gives children from all cultures, areas, and low incomes an opportunity to learn and thrive within the district. My energetic preschoolers enter the classroom ready to learn, discover, and explore.

My Project

This project teaches students about the world around them and how it works, allowing them to develop the observational and analytical skills necessary to succeed in the future. Students will be using their senses and scientific instruments to learn, not only by observation, but by describing living things, life cycle changes, and physical phenomenons.

This project helps students develop their curiosity and communication skills while providing the tools to directly engage with the natural world.

While the students are away from teachers on long distances learning in this difficult COVID-19 time, it is essential to continue their education with the help of these materials.
