My Project

My high school has a Culinary Arts program. As part of the class we run a school-based business and we are in need of some catering equipment to help us along the way. We will be able to use the chafing dish sets and insulated food containers to keep food hot and cold to ensure we promote food safety on the highest level. Additionally, it gives our students the real world, hands-on experience they will need to work in the hospitality industry.

We are a new class and we are working hard to obtain the equipment we need for our students in class.

Additionally, we are able to train our students on the commercial equipment they will see and use in the hospitality industry.
