The cross country and track student-athletes at our school are hard-working, dedicated, and motivated. They seek to better themselves as athletes and as people.
We have a beautiful Light Weights Core workout area now and we are trying to fill it with the necessary equipment for these athletes.
My Project
Our cross country and track and field athletes are incredibly hard-working. They run, throw, and jump their hearts out.
To be well-rounded athletes, these young people need a set of light-weights resistance core training equipment that will help enhance their training, reduce injuries, and help rehabilitate after injuries occur.
An outdoor, Light-weights area has been created for just such athletes. Now we need to fill it with the necessary equipment so that our cross country and track athletes will have endurance, strength of character, and the core strength to match.
