My Students

The cross country and track student-athletes at our school are hard-working, dedicated and motivated. They seek to better themselves as athletes and as people.

In order to help these amazing young people continue to better themselves, we are looking to provide them with the necessary tools to do so.

In the spirit of being amazing student-athletes, these young people work to be good scholars during the school day and then transform into hard-working athletes at the end of the day.

My Project

Our cross country and track and field athletes are incredibly hard-working. They run, throw and jump their hearts out.

To be well-rounded athletes, these young people need a set of light-weights resistance core training equipment that will help enhance their training, reduce injuries and help rehabilitate after injuries occur.

We are looking to create a "Light weight room" for cross country and track athletes but also for sports at our school that would benefit from this type of cross training.

Receiving this equipment will kick-start this "Light Weight room" and allow our school to spend money on readying a room for the equipment, getting a mat down and purchasing racks and shelves. So many of our athletes will benefit.
