My Students

I work with the wonderful students of Red Oak Elementary School. My class of third graders love taking learning to the next level with technology, as do the students that join me after school in STLP.

The students I teach do not back away from a challenge.

They continue to surprise me with their passion for learning and challenge me to prepare them for a world where critical thinking, problem-solving, and navigating cooperative work environments are the tickets for success.

My Project

With these tablets, students will be able to find a place where the digital world meets our physical one.

Students will use these devices to work together using block coding, engineering, and cooperative problem solving to guide Cue Robots through a variety of tasks.

In this day and age, we don't know what the jobs of the future will look like. Teaching students to think, design, code, and work with others will prepare them for the world they will enter after they leave school.

These new devices will help the students at Red Oak take their learning to the next level.
