My Students

Our 6th grade Gifted program has so many outstanding students. They are always looking for challenges and hands on opportunities. They are hard working individuals that really shine in our school.

The STEM program at our school is one which is implemented throughout our district.

OSUE starts the students very early so by the time they reach high school they have background knowledge to expand to higher levels of learning. With over 145 gifted students in 6th grade, it is important to provide them with opportunities and lessons to encourage critical thinking skills.

My Project

The lastest Sphero bot is on the market. My students absolutely love computer pragramming and getting to tell it what to do. These robots will be used to teach computer programming.

Students are engaged with hands-on technology that is revolutionizing the world today.

Many businesses and the medical industry are moving toward robotics to perform daily task. This will be a required life skill in the world as each of these 6th graders move toward higher education and jobs in the future.
