Help me give my students hands-on learning while experiencing the environment and the world around them with items like Picasso Tiles, sand molds, and Kinetic Sand.

My Project

This project will allow my students to create various environments with their hands. They will not only be able to focus on their specific biome but then create animals and plants that live in that area. Learning about the different environments helps them learn about Earth. They will use the sand to create their environment including plants and animals. The Picasso tiles will be used to create a safe shelter for their animals. They can understand we must protect the areas we live in, in order to continue to have a safe place to grow. They will do this during Earth Day to better understand how environments react with each other.

I can teach all day long, but when students can teach each other, it is truly a rewarding experience.

I will have students teach each other about the environment they created, how it affects the earth, and how their environment reacts with another.
