This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My school is located in southwest Houston. Each day in class I strive to help my students become global citizens. At my school, we are a Title I school, with many ELL (English Language Learners). I am here to give them resources and to assist them with all areas of their learning.

Their English language, geography, and history skills will grow with your help.

Any little bit you give will help with their growth as students. Thank you for looking at my project.

My Project

I'm looking to expand my classroom computer centers. These laptops/Chromebooks increase my students computer skills. These are skills my students need in the 21st century.

My students thrive with technology, and I'm looking to expand their access to it.

Many of my projects involve items that assist my students with their research. This project can be included in that. Improvement in everything from typing to reading is possible with these computers.

In a more immediate way, my students will use websites like Quizlet, Quizziz, and BrainPop. Students love these sites, and with computers in the classroom they can access them at any time.

With your help my students and myself can use technology freely in the classroom.
