My Students

Our classroom has been working hard to utilize the tools that we have already. Students have been logging on to find assignments and watch videos to give them instruction. We have been emailing, video chatting, and talking on the phone to stay connected but outdated tech has provided some struggle with pushing out new content.

My Project

I have been working to the best of my ability to provide my students with clear instruction and videos that they can access anywhere at any time. We are in uncertain times and it is unclear if we will have to continue forging this distance learning path. I would love to be able to create step by step instructional videos that tablets allow and to be able to upload and download videos with more up to date technology.

Not only would adding an iPad be an amazing opportunity for distance learning but it is also a tool that would create experiences that my students need when we are back in the classroom.

It would give my kids the ability to create videos that correlate with books that they have read, students can access podcasts to improve their speaking and listening skills and to access the ever-growing amount of new and content-focused apps that are available.
