My Students

Our school is nestled in the heart of Detroit! The students come from various socioeconomic backgrounds, but they all receive an equitable education. They thrive in all aspects of their education and are serviced by some of the best educators, some of whom have been teaching for over 20 years for the same school. Even during the pandemic, they continue to show up and rise to the high level of expectation that our school district has in place. These students are simply the BEST!

My Project

The resources listed will help in student learning by reassuring students that their classroom desks and chrome books are sanitized between uses. With a total of 170 students a day sharing classroom spaces and resources, it is imperative that sanitation is evident for staff and students.

Students will clean their desks and computers each class period in middle school, as students transition from one class to another every hour and all items must be cleaned before the next set of students enter the room.

We continue to take extra preventative measures.
