Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

I teach at a rural school. My students are very talented and creative in their own unique ways. Eighty percent of my students are in single-family homes living in the low-income bracket. Most of them have no access to computers at home. So please help me in getting started on the right track by providing my students with much-needed classroom supplies which will enable my students in keeping up with daily classroom activities so we can keep them motivated and enthusiastic about learning.

My Project

These items will be very beneficial to my students academic success. The document camera and laminating machine/pouches will aid in my students creating memories by creating a classroom scrapbook. The pencil sharpener will help with classroom management and enable the teacher to be on task at all times. The critical thinking workbook will help in boosting the students critical thinking skills. Any other item will help in providing and promoting safety in the classroom. All items are needed to motivate and keep my students safe in the classroom while learning is taking place.
