My Project

Our high school's Lady Tigers are always striving to be top-notch when it comes to preparing for our season, staying motivated and strong throughout, and using our off-season to our advantage. In looking at conditioning training, a set of fitness trackers would help our student-athletes stay in playing shape, as we transition to different parts of the on and off-season. As a coach, I want my players to be ever mindful of how each player should strive to maintain proper care. Part of doing so is being aware of sleep patterns, activity patterns, and the number of steps/stairs per day. Having a set of fitness trackers would immensely help our Lady Tigers basketball team in this effort!
