This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Our school has no computers. We had some but they were lost in a recent flood. Social studies is not a priority and so even when we did have computers, they were prioritized for Math and ELA.

Our entire social studies curriculum is online.

Please help my students get what they need. We are only trying to get 3 computers currently.

I tried to get more funding, but only got the funding for 2 computers. I am hoping to raise more elsewhere. If the district cannot provide the necessary devices for 21st century learning, it is an equity issue that cannot be ignored. Please help us.
