My students need a place to be able to store their computers to ensure their safety. This cart would serve us best so we can keep the technology charged and secure.
My students come from very diverse, socioeconomic populations and each and every one of them loves to learn science in fun and exciting ways. We also have a large population of students whose exposure to technology and other resources are limited to school, and teaching science through technology is fun. My students are placed in heterogeneous classes in science, and there is a great need for differentiation. Our school needs are to connect our children with technology. Today's children are learning all different types of things that require technology.
Today's students need to have a safe place to store their technology in order to have access to it daily.
Science education is always changing and new things are being discovered all the time. Not worrying about how to charge and store the computers is always an issue. Chromebook cart would be awesome tool for my classroom, a place where I know that the computers will be safe.
Our budget has resulted in teachers becoming extremely creative in their classrooms with very limited supplies. I do not want my kids to miss out on a great outside reading opportunity due to lack of money.
My Project
The need for a computer cart for my Chromebooks is to ensure their safety and to also be ready to use at any time. I have been generously funded with 30 Chromebooks for my classroom and now I need to make sure they stay safe and fully charged.
The donations to this project will provide a place for my students to keep their Chromebooks as they become deeper thinkers and problem solvers by learning science with a click of a button.
Today's children need to be able to access the technology highway in order to become great problem solvers. They need to be able to access information possibly from another country or even across our great country and have the information in seconds. But in order for me to make this happen I need to ensure the computers safety. This cart will help me to keep things safe and secure in my classroom
