My Students

These students are energetic in the classroom and interested in learning on a daily basis. These students have limited resources in the classroom, but do the best they can with what they have. The students have a large range of learning needs within the classroom in regards to both reading levels as well as math levels. These students thrive when given the ability to work at their own pace to complete their independent work. Funding for electronics for these students to be able to complete their work is a key goal for the school and the teachers in the school.

My Project

Students are in need of reliable, working computer accessories in the classroom for the programs that they are using. These accessories can be used from year to year in the classroom due to their higher quality then what is available to them right now. We use many computer programs that read examples to students and the need for headphones is as imperative as having over ten computers reading to students. It can be very confusing without the headphones. It is also important that each student has their own headphones throughout the year for cleanliness. The mice are also used to help students who have difficulty with the touch pads on the laptops that the school provides.
